AI is certainly the hot topic at every contingent workforce conference I have attended the past couple years, and I am confident that it is a hot topic at every conference - PERIOD, regardless of industry.
Contingent Workforce Strategies founder Jeff Nugent and I sat down for his May 14 podcast of "Ask The Expert" to dicuss the impact of AI within the talent solutions space. We discuss where we are seeking impact today, the potential risks that could come into play, how organizations can best prepare for its utilization (either directly or through their strategic partners), and how it is changing the sourcing and vetting process.
